Where do your phones come from?

AJN store sources phones from the largest U.S. distributors. These phones are overstock, customer trade in's, or returns from U.S. carriers and manufacturers.

What are the A, B and C Grades?

Each phone has a grade based on the physical condition of the phone. A grade is in excellent condition, like new. B grade will have minor marks and scuffs. C grade will have heaver marks on it. No phones will have broken screens or damage to them.

Are your phones locked?

We offer locked and unlocked phones. Each phone listing will say Unlocked or the Carrier name in the listing to show what carrier it works for.

Do you provide wholesale options?

Yes, we do offer wholesale options for those who are looking for higher volume transactions. Please contact us to discuss more.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship USPS Priority or Ground Advantage based on the destination. All phones are shipped within 1 business day of your purchase and usually take 2 - 3 days to arrive.

How do I do a return or exchange?

Prior to sending back please be sure to erase and reset the phone (Settings > General > Reset All Content and Settings). This will erase all your personal information from the phone.

Is there an easy fix if I have a problem with a phone?

We find that most common issues like this can be fixed with a software update and/or a full factory reset on the phone. It’s not uncommon for something to get caught up in the software to cause these issues. This is likely to correct the problem.

How do I remove Find My iPhone (FMI)?

FMI locks the phone to your Apple account and makes it unusable. To remove:

  1. Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
  2. Go to Find My iPhone.
  3. Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the device that you want to remove from iCloud.
  5. Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
  6. Click Remove from Account.

How do I remove iCloud from my phone?

To remove from iCloud: Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).

Click “Erase Device”, then enter your Apple ID password. Because the device isn't lost, don't enter a phone number or message.
